I am curious then: Why give your Clan a label such as

'Pirate' at all if you don't intend to be what a Pirate is in the RP sense? Perhaps

Chaos should define itself as something else that more represents what you guys are about

and how you play with in CF.

I have to say,

being a neutral party in all this, that this is getting way out of hand.

Here is what

I can get from all this(being the new guy and all):

BG=Military/Police(Enforcer of

Laws)
DC=Mercenaries(Warriors to the Highest Bidder)
Chaos=Pirates(Thieves)

Now

it seems simple enough to me that DC would take the contract from BG if it was higher than

any other persons/Clans offer. Being a Mercenary means you are fighting for the money, not

for some cause or political agenda. It should not matter to a Mercenary who or why they are

fighting, but only that they get paid and paid well for their work.

Military forces

are in the position of enforcing law and keeping the peace, but for also making war if the

policies of another faction directly effects their political masters in a non-favorable

way.

Pirates take what they want, when they want, and from who ever they want. They

have no allies, not even other Pirates as they too are competing for the same

booty.

So from an RP stand point everything seems in order and the declaration of war

from Chaos to anyone seems kind of dumb, since in reality they should be at war with

everybody all the time.

I wasn't saying it was hard or that the prices were high. I was just stating the

BS(Battleship) pricing for the topic starter.

A Bounty Hunter is actually more closely related to the Police,

not the Military like Mercenaries are.

You will also notice that the guns for the BS cost as much as the ship it self. So in

total to get a fully equipped BS will cost 110-140 mil depending on what you get.

It is pretty easy to make 100 mil in an hour if you team up with someone.

Just for

clarafication the stats I put up is not a server hosting company, but instead my actual

internet service company(how I connect to the internet with my computer).

Okay I understand now, OP isn't using his

personal connection and computer to host the server, but is instead renting a server to host

CF.

So that price is about right then, I guess. I will have to go price check some

server hosting companies to really get an understanding of the costs and upkeep.

In order to dock you must

approach the moor from directly above it(might take a couple of tries).

Well I just recently docked at Planet Stuttgart with my

Dreadnought(Demetri_Bowen) and every time I try to leave the planet I have a hull breach no

matter what I do.

My guess is that the docking ring(where you exit from) is too

close to the atmosphere of the planet, so the rear end of the battleship is still in the

atmoshere when you finally gain control.

Anyway I just thought I would let you

know.

Actually the Kusari Turrets can be mounted on other

battleships besides the Kusari Battleship.

It just seems the Osiris is bugged that it

can't mount any turrets.

It would be nice not to get a smart ass remark to an actual question regarding the

quality of the mod.

I am sorry if I am appear to be anal about this kind of stuff,

but it is just my nature since I have been doing Alpha and Beta testing for other mods on

other games.

Just like in the title, why do the Battleship Turrets look like little pee

shooters? Plus it seems they aren't all mounted in their respective spots(the Hexagonal

indentations).

Well we can get permissions to Moor on the Stations and Planets, it is just just

bugged that once we get to position we get stuck in Docking and never actually Dock.

What he said is true and was actually

happening hours before nox got online. R-39 was just acting like pirates, asking for tolls

and stuff from other players to gain access to the liner in order to do the Honshu-Sigma19

run.

I sat there for about an hour observing the battles from my Dreadnought.

For some reason I am not able to mount turrets onto

my Osiris Battleship(Lazarus_Bowen). I can buy the turrets just fine, it is just that there

is no place to put them. There are no hardpoints to mount them to. If you want me to put

up some pics I can.

Although I am sure SWAT_OP-R8R should be able to get to the

bottom of this on the server side.
