Hmm... what about "Eastern Crime Syndicate"? With "ECS" you'd have something with the balkan stuff and of course the pirate thingy. You could play around with the expression and make "Eastern Syndicate of Crime" out of it...so "ESC". Then you'd never forget the tag, because it's on every keyboard 
Pure ownage: "South Eastern Crime Syndicate" ...think about it!
