Old thread, but thought I would contribute:

SweetFX, Windowed Mode, and Adjust to desktop resolution allowed the intro videos to play without issue.
Win10 x64 with Nvidia GTX 600 @ 1920x1080

Arg, this is frustrating.

I would agree it is almost like the account IDs are locked and need to be allowed/toggled. I dont know if this is possible, but like everyone else do not want to lose existing characters.

No worries, [UR]GrandAndreasK. So you were able to use your existing accounts?

I am still looking for a solution.

Ok, so I was able to get into the server by backing up my real ID, and having FL generate a new one.

Voodoo, [UR]GrandAndreasK, and a few others with LV60 or higher were in there but didnt reply when I sent them a message.

I then restored my real ID and still got the account/password error. (note: I typed my real ID back in by hand just to confirm.)

It has to be something on the server.

ok the server shows 3 users, but when I try to connect, I get the account/password error. Anyone else have any word?
