  • Suggestion: Docking on Player Ownable Battleships?

    The only server i know, where you can "dock" at cruiser and battleships is the Hamburg City server - but you dont dock realy. You can use it as a mobile spawn point. If you are in group with the bs you can type /dock but your ship is still in space and if you go dead you spawn at the point of the bs.
    Its good for attacking enemy bases or hunting in areas where the next station is too far to go in action again.
    If the carrier dies your spawnpoint moved to the next dockable station - sometimes its the enemy base :)

  • Sounds

    Ich hatte die Sounds geändert, bevor ich den Mod installierte. Da ich immer einen Soundbug hatte, wenn ich FL mal auf den Desktop verkleinerte, habe ich zB alle Musik mit einem lautlosen wave ersetzt - Fummelarbeit. Dann habe ich mir ein Soundchema entworfen, mit eigenen Sounds: Beim Verkaufen zb Kassenklingeln usw. Als der Mod installiert wurde, hat er einige Sounds überschrieben - aber nicht alle. Wenn ich die Nachrichten öffne, spricht immer noch Mr. Worf zu mir: "Captain, incomming message"


    Da diese Änderungen den Mod nicht betreffen, bin ich wohl nur beim originalen Freelancer zum Verbrecher geworden^^ - aber ich hab eine individuelle Version. Schon alleine, weil ich eine deutsche FL Version installiert habe und nun die Gespräche in der Bar zweisprachig ablaufen^^

  • Clan Registration -=TD=- The Dragons

    -=TD=- was foundet in 2006 as an religious sect on an other server.
    During the years we became an police clan and the religious motivation goes in background.
    Our motto was and is "For honor and justice in Sirius"


    But year after year more players disapear, got bored from the game and the server.
    The small bunch of Dragons looked for other games or other mods to play.
    Than we find Crossfire and where amazed, that freelancer can look so great and make fun again.
    Helpful and friendly people at the server gave us a heartly welcome, so we decide to register as a clan here.
    And at the end of a trail we finaly have arrived.
