Hi all i have found a way to block certain drivers etc that windows 10 does like to install and mess up things on your system it does work as i have had to block my sound card driver from installing some random old driver windows update tried installing.
so here is a link to the site i found a bit of software from windows to choose which updates u want hidden from updating

it is a troubleshooter software click on the link near the bottom download it then run it it will scan your updates and give u a option what u want to hide etc very simple to use.
