Forceware 56.72

    nVidia has unleased version 56.72 of its Forceware drivers. The changes include the introduction of a pop-up blocker for IE , OpenGL 1.5 support and gridlines. Display Gridlines provide the easiest way to maximize your desktop space by dividing up your monitor into separate regions for all of your applications.


    Release Highlights:
    -Adds support for GeForce 5700 and GeForce 5700 Ultra
    - Microsoft DirectX 9 and OpenGL 1.5 support
    - Supports application profiles for custom image quality and performance modes for all of your applications and games.
    - NVIDIA nView 3.5 Multi-display technology
    - Advanced Microsoft Internet Explorer popup blocker
    - Industries only Display Gridlines technology
    - Improved HDTV Y Pr Pb component out support for 480i, 480p, 720p, and 1080i formats


    Nvidia Side , u only have to select the specific things .

    why does every software have a popupblocker??

    I think , coz Windows doesnt have 1 itself . And so the companies think that they have to give 1 , that their customers are save of viruses or similar things .
