Its also really...really big. I was reading a review about Elite on Steam. Some guy was complaining about how long it takes to get from Point A to B in the game. I responded with a statement about the game being a 1:1 scale of the Milky Way, the closet Star to ours would still take years to get to at sublight speeds (even letting mass and Issac Newton take over) and he should be thankful its possible to travel hundreds or thousands of light seconds in the 15-20 minutes it takes
