Gothic Class Cruiser

Another rebuilt Lunar, Gothic is a ranged fire support vessel with four lance decks. Not even Chaos gets eight lances on a cruiser (Chaos gets ten lances on a battlecruiser and twelve on a battleship though). However this comes at a price: lances' low rate of fire leave Gothic Class vulnerable on the short range (somewhat alleviated by torpedo tubes and possible Power Ram upgrade), and lances are suboptimal for dealing with void shields (remedied by Disruption Overcharge upgrade). Hence why Gothics are usually paired with another cruiser.
Also the lance decks make the ship look fat.
