Old train in Jupiter Plant Outskirts, occupied by Tesla anomaly. It is a mobile electric anomaly that runs between two cars of the train, from one end to another. Touching it is fatal for a player character, but there is a crude work toolset inside that train, so you'll have to get inside anyway, and get to the wall when that thing is about to fly past. If you want Nitro (or Kardan if you brought tools from Zaton) to be anywhere good at upgrading guns and armor, at least.
