S.T.A.L.K.E.R. CoP - "Blowout starting, get to cover immideately!"

Ironically, that's Call Of Pripyat that gives you an ability to survive a blowout on the open: anabiotics that temporarily knock player character out, and an achievement that allows him to give zero flak about it at all.

That being said, AFAIK you need to be at full HP to pull the latter out, so I tend to stay on the safe side.
