Taking up my example usually means you really, REALLY hate the AI, or the people you're playing with (assuming they will ever let you do this, which they shouldn't, as they would start spamming you with everything they have the moment they've seen the first superweapon timer of yours popping up), or your own power grid.
On the other side, when you're listening to some kind of music when all of these Tremors start singing, you will remember that music playing under their rhythm.
