Yep, a Battle Sister (basic infantry unit of Adepta Sororitas faction of Warhammer 40K) indeed kisses her weapon in the idle animation.
Knowing the overall fondness of flame-based weaponry this faction displays (flamers, meltas, etc), I've got the idea of this demotivator.
