There is missing big amount of graphic in this video it seems ... What shader (from launcher) are you using? Or this happens only in this one bar?

No Selection & it only happens in this 1 Bar as far as I Know

please check how you have set graphic setings ... are all graphic sliders on MAX? (look my last ticket: Default mod graphic setting - SWAT Portal )
