It might sound impossible but i'm starting to think that mod exe's might cause problems. Its like when you exit the mod - game crash except if you dotn use alt+f4 and close the exe manually after that - this is not happening with original game exes. The server exe we tried on tests was the original flserver.exe and it worked.
