You can be part of ASF or CSF though, not relationed with clans or RP, as you can be within a clan and also be part of ASF or CSF. -
Yet, there are certain requirements for joining any of the sides, you can still apply, but start being a true ASF at an emergency or when passing the tests(and requirements).
