So where is the APC Freighter located and what is the cost to fully load one up?

Yeah I have the Armored Transport right now(Thanks to Tassie) and it is working pretty well for me. My only complaint on the AT is that is apparently is suffering from the old Battleship bug(where you can't mount any weapons) and you can't mount thrusters, mine, or counter measures like it says it can in the description.
