An interesting idea to be sure, however the only real obstacle i see in this is with as low as the pop in MP is right now and how few people we get to increase the pop usually only lasts temporarily, and then we have to see if new fresh meat pops up. If we can find a way to not only reel people into this, but also include stuff like the blueprints and possibly new or just more events, then i can safely say it will be a sight to behold.
