Maybe you should make sure the NPCs have the SAME shields that we can buy. Unlike in the normal FL, where if you take out an NPCs shields, it regenerates SO SLOW(1 per second, if I'm right), and unlike CF, where the NPCs have better shields than us. Just to make it NORMAL.
