Unfortunately I run into the same situation as Conner MacManus a couple of weeks ago. About 60 minutes ago I wanted to dock my character "BuesDan" to Mainz, to sell some AO from a train. After sale and undock, I got the message that the internet connection is lost, logged in again, didn't notice that the cargo was still in the haul, traveled to Omega 7 for a new load, found out that I still have the AO with me, went back to Mainz, sold the AO, lost the internet connection again, logged in and got banned.
I run the game under wine in GNU/Linux and what I see every time I start the game is that the updates are on for about 41 files . True that due to errors in starting the launcher, I only restart the launcher every now and then.
