cheat message

Raising a concern, from in game observations. Two players when logging on to game a. smg argos b. rave atomic. As soon as they come on, they are getting repeated cheat messages. Rave had 6, one after another, and Argos the same thing. yesterday. Also noted, after a couple of days on Atomics rank was 18 then suddenly went to 32. Not accusing anyone of anything But i don,t believe in co-incidence either. Today smg argos again had the same problem and gave up trying. I also note that, when rave Atomic logs on the game.
