I posted in the (IOC) Forum but have not heard anything yet, so I figured if anyone knows you would.
I went to New Hong Kong and the clan base is gone, also all the chars I had on the base are inaccessible.
It's been a while since I've been on, has something changed?

I just read you article on Coalition update Blackstar, clan bases etc., does (IOC) owe money for Clan Rent if so how much?
Not sure who is allowed to pay but I am a member of (IOC), I do have ships I would like access to but I can wait if nothing will be effected anyway.
Had no idea new content was in the works, I'll wait to here back.
