clan entry boards

noticed that when the non paying clans were removed from the clan rent systems there entry boards went too great idea including the bases. fair enough.. it made docking b/s with the jumpgates easier. however today i see the entry boards back. i figured they must have paid there rent but not so. not listed back on the clan rent list. ??????
