minor Banned from game

Hi Guys Was banned from the game a couple days ago only just now been able to contact you, (had issues with getting a new Password issued) problem came after bought some goods and was reselling, soon as I left the base, the game crashed, when rebooting spawned between the 2 gates in a docking port only way was to try and redock. also my cargo I had just sold, reappeared. tried that cycle a few times, then the game banned my account.
