So, here the long story starts.
I have decided to head to the Lost Paradise and check the system out.
I've reached the Unknown 1 and jumped into Lost Paradise, but:
-Exit location was somewhere in Sector 3F (not the actual jumphole at 3C).
-Chat shown I was still in the Unknown system
-All jump gates/holes are closed.
I have already met this bug and knew the only way out - F1ing. So I used ctrl+alt+del and shut the Freelancer process off (without killing the launcher process). Launching it again and appearing in Unknown 3. Few jumps later, I've reached Unknown 1 again - but, again, out from nowhere. I've flown to Lost Paradisejumphole, but for some reason it started the endless docking - jumphole didn't activate. but it started docking - Nomad Battleship and its escort of gunboats were eager to help it, and few seconds later, I was respawned on Ames.
And then, I found out that I can't do damage to NPCs and then opened up that the account was banned, again - though before and after I used task manager, I could damage NPCs.

Bcs I atm do updates to Lost Paradise lexicon entry I thought about this issue and here is my idea:
For MP disable the plugin for random jump which do not work properly and instead use new server feature - Dynamic universe. My idea is do a daily change for this jump-hole which will be for one day between server restarts "only" fixed jump between two systems. Each day only one from three jumps will lead to Lost Paradise and two others will be either disabled or will lead to another unknown system. Server anticheat system will not be confused anymore, and players will be again able safely visit this very nice part of CF universe. And as a bonus they will need now search which from these three jumps (from Unknown 1 or 2 or 3) is leading to LP.
