major Update Server not Available

Hi there


I am new to this site and and the modding world... i played freelancer 15 years ago and loved it.

Gives me intense nostalgia when i installed CF 2.0 and played it for few days -- thanks to the community.


Anyways, so now when i launched the crossfire launcher, the server update does not happen.

Its either at 0% or an error message :Update server not available with error code.


Would really appreciate some help here

    The update server is available but something is blocking the connection from various regions of the world.
