none прошу разблокировать аккаунт

сегодня 20,04,2020 утром , вошел в игру с самого утра , играл в игре вообще один никого не было , игра шла без проблем , решил просто перезапустить игру , вот когда попытался войти в игру мне выдало что мой ник заблокирован , мой ник в игре Dom_Kavash . прошу помочь мне в этой проблеме
