read only files

    For some reason while installing the mod I keep getting a message that the files are read only and do I want to remove the read only designation. It is very time consuming. I don't believe that is the way it was planned so will someone give me some advise or some help please.

    you can remove the read only attributes from the original FL installation by right-clicking that folder - > properties and then uncheck the read-only stuff

    it will ask you if you want to apply the changes to all the files
