    Mhm... well, it has become like Avatar, keeps getting delayed but eventually he must release it. The fact that it still hasn't got released yet is because they are greedy for more money...

    It will either get released sooner or later or it will backfire on him (Chris Roberts) for taking people's money and not releasing the product.

    I'm really not sure if this is still matter of money, I suspect that technical difficulties and trying to put all together (working without crashes) becomes more and more the main issue. It is big difference to have working core and slowly adding new features, or what SC are doing ... imo theirs way is it seems not much effective.


    I really would be not surpsied if this game would be finished with someone else as CR ...

    Microsoft could jump in again just like with freelancer

    According to their website, they've collected over 300 million dollars of funding. According to an article by "Critical Hit Gaming" it says even 550 million dollars.

    So, what are they waiting for? Not to mention that there were news about Chris Roberts spending that funding for a mansion, cars etc.

    I am not accusing them or anything, but it's insane with that amount of funding they've received and still not releasing the product.

    It's even more insane if you go here: "https://robertsspaceindustries.com/funding-goals" and check out what funding they require(d) to proceed developing the game, they wanted 60 million dollars for a virtual space craft? Seriously? With 60 million dollars I can buy myself several mansions, jet, yacht, super sports car etc etc.

    It's all because of they money dude, because the love of money corrupts.

    And last but not least, the irony of all of that will be - Pay to Play. ^^
