Inner Core Survival: Mepther System Sun, Jul 19th 2020, 8:00 am - 10:00 am Event

MISSION DESCRIPTION: A group or several groups of players (depending on how many players will join) should provide distraction for a lone pilot as he commences a reconnaissance raid around the system. Cause as much damage to Great Doms' forces as possible. The intersection between the attack groups and the scout should be minimal. Return point is DS17.

As before, there are three zones of interest, A, B and C.

The scout pilot enters the system from Ryssk. His objective is to visit each zone and spend ~10 seconds at a Repair Buoy at each zone (Recommended to take screenshots, I forgot about this one in the previous Survival). The distraction team should engage and destroy alien units elsewhere in the system. Once the objective is completed, return to DS17.

This time I plan to offer the role of the deploying unit to Wanderer.

Dammit. Looks like I'll have to shift it to either 8 am again or 2 pm.

I hoped to run this event at a slightly later time so the people who did not have a chance to take part in the previous Survival could participate in this one.

I'll do some tests in regards to time now, but I'm thinking to either move it to 4-5 pm.

Not the final decision yet... I can also move it to 8 am like the last time.

Can do a hour earlier but there's a server restart in the way. Can do 4 am ST (or earlier) but European players won't like it and I want Wanderer on board for this, besides there's a probability you'll have to start without me.

Okay. The last mission's timings worked and I don't think I have time considering other options. 8 am ST it is.

This time, I tasked one of my fellow pilots with drone deploying duties, while I controlled the operation from the board of the CNS K-719. Everything went smoothly, and now we also have an intelligence network in Methper.

The rewards, well... Sorry, but I didn't exactly plan this thing to have a reward other than "fun times". IDK, I had tons of fun.

I'm not sure if there'll be another one. Too tired, and I fluffed hard with the timing.
