Stuck at SP mission 40.

Nothing happens when i return to Icarus base from the Nomad city. I've reloaded three times, done the nomad city bit over and over again, but i don't get a prompt to go to the osiris. Please help!

The mission created savegame. I've tried 40 twice and 39 once.

Pretty sure i followed everything, oddly enough I could dock at Icarus after the mission once, but exiting didn't give me a prompt to Osiris either.
