New to Freelancer

    I'm new to Freelancer. Recently got the base game set up, and installed CF 2.0.


    How does CF tie in with the ability to play the base game story line?


    As I've never played Freelancer before, and I want to play the vanilla game's campaigns, should I play the base game first from the Freelancer launcher (and when I've finished vanilla start using the CF mod) or will I play the base game story line from the beginning if I use CF from day 1? I've read through some posts and the responses imply CF will start at the beginning of the vanilla story, but I wanted to be sure.

    CF campaign is created like HUGE addition to the last vanilla mission 13. So, if you will play CF from start, you will enjoy all this new graphic and other things and you will go first through all vanilla missions and smoothly continue with new CF content. CF is quite big story addition to original (vanila) freelancer story.
