How do I delete (remove) an empty conversational thread?

Right. I've consolidated the posts in the thread to other threads and renamed the thread "Deleted" There's abt 10 of them now. So how do I hide them?

There should be square on left side of each conversation (https://swat-portal.com/forum/wcf/conversation-list/), check it, and then you should see options for selected conversations, one is "Hide"

That has to be the most unfriend part of the Forum! It is not obvious what to do and I can find nothing at the Forum on how it works! So its double unfriendly!!
