a: there have been subjects on which they agreed on united so i would answer it with yes. There is a good amount of protectorial stuff on which did act united in the past.
But that might not be the point at all. They are "united" because they discuss the topics united in an organisation instead of doing their own thing. They dont have to have a "united" standpoint nor do they have to agree on everything.

Because if we consider such conditions we need to figure out how old the egg and the sperm has been aswell. We are lazy people we dont want to know that.

They exist in difference sizes. The smaller ones fit perfectly into the bigger ones. As long we keep producing bigger and bigger this method will work.

Thats called shared workload. When one part is tired the other kicks in. The problem is they suck at doing different jobs.
