Clans play a very big role in Freelancer. So they do for Crossfire. Clans often keep the roleplay running or initiate new roleplay situations. They help new players and those which belong to their members. In other words "they are important". It is time to give something back to them.

Crossfire is known for an open and free Roleplay environment. Doing roleplay for years we have kept it simple and without enforcement. Motivating players to do roleplay appeared to us to be the better way. With the introduction of Crossfire 1.9 the server sided roleplay massively gets improved....

Together with the Crossfire Short Stories and the Crossfire Ingame Story they cover the full Crossfire Storyline. These three story elements are completely linked with each other.
