Supreme Commander 2 iteration of Cybran Armored Command Unit. This ACU is upgraded with an anti-aircraft gun, it can also mount a tactical missile launcher.
This ACU is used by Commander Ivan Brackman.

Looking at it now it reminds me somewhat about Cherno Alpha with its shoulders-over-head posture.
