"Area clear, moving out"

The Wild Territory is an area west from the Bar. Typically it is full of mutants (blind dogs, pseudodogs are the most common, ocassionsal Bloodsuckers), frequented by Duty, loners, bandits and mercenaries.
The latter typically occupy the unfinished building shown on the screenshot. Mercenaries will attack any other stalker other than their fellows on sight (generally), hence why I opted to grab a sniper rifle.
But despite having a lighter (Vintorez) and more powerful (Barrett M82) alternatives, my choice fell on the SVD.
