Fixed the osiris so it has weaponry agaian and fixed the miner so it too has wepaons again

Osiris Mod V
This is My Fith installment, i see that there is somewhat of a following now, and i feel that you guys are really 
taking to this series of chnages to the game. PLEASE GUYS GIVE ME YOUR INPUT, i wanna know if you guys want this 
more for sp or MP serverside  mods or what.  I am willing to make a serverside and sp side mods i dont mind making 
two diff versions, but i wont until I get feedback.  

NOW TO THE CHANGES AND UPDATES

  Now i decided, that i should now expand a bit just from the osiris and anubis.  I figure, now that i gave you an armored
transport, you may want to go out and mine a little bit.  But why mine in that, when you can mine YOU VERY OWN MINERS SHIP.
Yes comming right out of the mining fields is your very own miner ship.  Although handeling is poor, you wont be 
going very far or fast, you arent in a fighter, remeber that and remeber this mod is about the realism factor.  
It is a rather large ship, but very kool.  Now you Ask dur how do i mine if i have to sit there and shoot a biillion little 
rocks.  Well from now on everytime you shoot an asteroid, you will get something.  Kinda makes sense right. I also added
the four transports.  best of all the Order now has its own system and can be accessable through a gate in shikoku.  Close
to planet seti.  In there as of now there is one planet, in which they sell the Anubis and the Osiris.
	Also all ships now have full info card with updated info. unfortunatly, for now the armored transport, and transports
do not have any shields, i need time to try and get the working.

Fixed:
Tradelane Disruption problem
there were no other bugs  pretty good huh?

Added Miner Ship
Changed all Asteroid Fields to deploy commodites everytime one is shot down
Planet Primus and Gammu now sell "Stuff" find out for yourself
change osiris pricing (Better now)
chnage weapon and shield pricing to even numbers

Future Thoughts For Additions To the Osiris Series(tell me what you guys think)

I think that all planets should be dockable what do you think?
On those planets sell commodities weps and stuff?
add some more hardpoints on some ships like eagle for example?
The Rest Of the Ships in Fl Will be Playable IE. Bretonian BC

Osiris Mod IV
Now this is the next installment of my osiris mods.  I have fixed the bouncing around, so you can 
actually dock now and not be thrown across the galaxy.

changes:

cargo is 1000 for osiris
armored transport added at freeport 9
armored transport has:
1500 cargo
80 speed
27th armor scale (i have had probs with this, you ccant kill other armored transports i dont know it's a bug)
9 turrets (any level turret can be mounted)
Freighter shield (any level freighter shield works)
I also added some cheating protection:
both uber sheilds can now be bypassed
and secret sheilds contained in select equip were also modded to be bypassed
Uber armor has been decreased to 10 (this makes it optimal for a server side mod)

change osiris pricing

Osiris Mod III

This mod makes the osiris playable.  You can buy it at manhatten for a reasonable price.  Thus taking
in to account the amount of guns, cargo, manurverability, etc. so its pretty expensive.  It will
fit through the docking rings, but if u have trouble delete this file, or remove it fromt he folder
docking_ringx2_lod.sur.  Remove this file and uare able to fly through the docking ring and there will
be no collisions

updates Since Version I

changed hardpoints (6 weapon, 13 turret)
added addons of li_battleship_turret04 so all your turret slots now come with this all gun slots are vacant
added 5 torp hardpoints
added 2 mine hardpoints
added 2 Countermeasure hardpoints
added cloak as a mine launcher that shoots countermeasures work out very well
shipspeed is now 80
shields work properly
200 nanos/bots
scanner range is   hella far dun remeber what i put  but should be really far
extended tractor beam
