Officer Jacobs here. Despite best efforts of valiant freelancers, the Whiskey Thief has managed to evade capture and termination not only twice, but THRICE. However, a short raid of Sigma-17 proved to be successful for the LSF. We managed to conduct a search on Planet Kurile and discovered him hiding amongst a bunch of trash bins at some backwoods bar. We have him in Custody on the planet and are awaiting assistance to accompany him back to Planet Manhattan. Our forces aren’t necessarily ‘welcome’ to pass through either the border worlds or Rheinland again due to ummm... someone having a bit too much to drink in some system and blowing craters on their moons surface... not sure who... so we must request the aid of several freelancers or clan pilots to escort him back. We wouldn’t usually ask for this but this is desperate times. If he escapes yet again, he will continue to try and top the Custodian Whiskey Theft that occurred ages ago, and for legal reasons, we can’t allow that to happen. There is a reward for a successful job. 40 million credits to those who can escort him back to Manhattan in one piece.

We’ve also received word that he may try to ‘bribe’ others to help him escape. Just know, once this happens and if you accept his bribery, you will be no longer welcome to enter our space and will be branded as Class 1 Criminal
