    Hello Crossfire citizens.


    I am posting this thread because we would like to know your opinion about a new clan in town.


    Your opinion is very important because we just wanna get fun with all of you (But I am sure you would hate us in game).


    We have founded a clan called Dom´Kavash, and the RP of this clan would be next (the history and more detailed RP will be posted in future, here you can read the headlines):


    - We are the Dom´Kavash ppl, so we will kill you, we will hunt you, we will hate you. No alliance, no Coallition, we kill all ppl. (We dont kill traders because is not fun, except if they attack us)


    - We dont talk to you so dont ask us anything, we would not answer you (except server staff of course).


    We dont warn you, we can be everywhere (except NY and Clan systems of course)


    - We dont have a system, but we use to go to Omicron Alpha, so be carefull when you cross Alpha.


    - Clan leaders are CONDOR and Albatros.


    - Recruitment: Recruitment is closed till we see that you like the clan. I will post to open it in the future


    -Diplomacy: NO DIPLOMACY

    agreed it may be a bad idea for once u attack ppl like that they will get mad plus if ur clan dosent have a license for the type of attack that can get ur clan banned from the server. for it is breaking server rules.

    [SIZE=3]Open Roleplay[/SIZE]


    Additional to the ASF/CSF Roleplay which is only for the serverclans of Crossfire we still run an open roleplay for ALL players on Crossfire. ALL players which want to take part in this roleplay will have to mount a roleplay licence on their chars. You can find those roleplay licences on every House Planet in Sirius. ASF and CSF members have the right to do this kind of roleplay aswell. They have to wear their ASF or CSF licence and their clan has to announce the clans type of roleplay on the Crossfire forum.


    Pirates:
    All pirates must have a pirate licence mounted on their ship. Only exception is if an ASF or CSF licence is mounted and the whole clan is known to be
    pirates.


    Pirates life is a though one, they have to tax other players to earn their daily money.
    They may not open fire on a player without asking for tax and receiving an answer no matter if this reply is written word or an action. If the player does
    pay then the pirate can be happy. If the player does not pay the pirate may destroy him.
    Pirates may not tax more than the listed amounts (see "Taxes, Fines, Bounty").
    Pirates may attack police without any warning and may hire mercenaries if needed.


    If a player has been taxed he may not get taxed again within the next 2 hours.



    Police:
    All police must have a police licence mounted on their ship. Only exception is if an ASF or CSF licence is mounted and the whole clan is known to be police.


    Police duty is to maintain law and order all over Sirius.
    They may not open fire on a smuggler without informing them that they are being fined and receiving an answer no matter if this reply is written word or an
    action.
    The police may scan all players for illegal goods (such as cardamine, alien artifacts or black market goods).
    If the smuggler does not pay the fine the police may destroy him.
    The police may fine pirates aswell or attack them without warning and hire mercenaries if needed.
    Police may not fine more than the listed amounts (see "Taxes, Fines, Bounty").


    If a player has been fined he may not get fined again within the next 2 hours.



    Mercenaries:
    All mercs must have a merc licence mounted on their ship. Only exception is if an ASF or CSF licence is mounted and the whole clan is known to be mercs.


    Mercs are allowed to accept "jobs" from any other roleplay faction (including Freelancers).
    Jobs are escort services, assasinations, deliveries or anything else that is worth paid for.
    The amount of money a merc can get for a job depends on his "customer" but it should be less than a min. amount (see "Taxes, Fines, Bounty").
    Mercs may not ask for fines or taxes.



    Smugglers:
    All smugglers must have a smuggler licence mounted on their ship. Only exception is if an ASF or CSF licence is mounted and the whole clan is known to be
    smugglers.


    Smugglers are specialized in trading rare illegal goods all over Sirius.
    They can make high profits this way but live in high danger getting taxed by pirates or fined by the police.
    Smugglers can hire mercs which will protect them.
    Smugglers may not ask for fines or taxes.




    Taxes, Fines, Bounty:
    Rank 40-50: max. $100k
    Rank 51-60: max. $500k
    Rank 51-60: max. $1mio
    Rank 75 and more: max. $10mio


    Bounties shouldn't be below $500k.



    A player which does not wear one of the aboves licences is not allowed to do the roleplay mentioned above. All players not wearing roleplay licences are considered "Freelancers" which does not mean that a pirate will not try to tax them or that the police will not scan them for illegal goods.



    NOTE: ASF/CSF Roleplay has highest priority and must not be disturbed by the Open Roleplay or Freelancers.

    They are allowed to be a freelancer clan.
    As long as they state who they are and what they do.
    If they wish to be a smuggler/pirate/police or merc then they must carry licences.

    Well they did make money very fast as I noticed some trains in their clan, which means they have been here more then likely.


    How do you expect to be in a community if you do not talk to us or get to know us?


    Teamspeak or any other voice chat is not permitted, so turn it off now.


    I hope you are good pilots to think you are going to come here and just shoot players w/o warning. If you do, I bet you will wish you had some more help.


    Don't even come knocking on the door of CFPD, because you wont survive, let alone making enemies of CFPD. BG. IOC. UAC. DC. LP. FALLEN and MW all at the same time.


    Also. I noticed you are only trading in NY to make your money, well......since you are so tough and so brutal, why don't you leave NY???

    Thank you for the advice about reading server rules Dragonwarrior, but I read them before posting several times ?(?(?(


    I am talking about headlines, the licence could be assesin for example.


    The headline is a clan doing the same that Dom´Kavash do, but following server rules. I hope I explain myself good enough :)

    I am afraid there are no other licences available ,BG as a military clan do not have /need one for instance

    Your proposed RP/Clan sounds interesting - but u should ensure firstly it is within the rules of the server.


    Secondly u dont kill traders, u dont respond to communication and u hate us.


    I assume u will attack anyone that crosses Ommi Alpha and will enter non clan systems and do what? For example if u enter Rheinland - what will u do?


    It maybe a good idea to tweak ur plans a bit so at least u are talking and getting to know people from other clans - maybe u can respond in a DK way?


    For example , human leave , we were here first
    human - we drink ur blood!!


    U need to do some tweaks mate otherwise everyone on the server will attack u cos u say in yr rp - u hate us.


    We can also RP!!

    and i dont really like the idea of a clan being called the same way a faction is called (too much confusion)

    everyone here know that i really love to kill, and thats the reason why i became pirate.
    but to have the same name as DK faction is not so clever, and well, you CANT get the reputation for DK cuz noone will give it to you. and to be DK and that DK NPC's are hostile to sounds really stupid for me.


    you can try to make a pirate clan, you will have pirate license, and still you can make some of the following thing: no allies, kill everyone on sight (not sure about that one), and fight as much as you want.


    but, its most likely that you will be KOS in the very first week to many CF clans we have here.


    so, you better think about that


    but, if you ask me: you can freely try (better said - dream) to shoot my down, cuz you wont do it. if you need some action, just ask :-)

    Well, the idea of a clan with a faction name is normal in all servers and mods. I think that clans with factions tag is as old as freelancer so I dont understand that part of your posts.


    Anyway, I can see that in Crossfire server you dont like the idea, so forget it, we just wanted to do something new.

    just want to point out that ive never seen a clan called "liberty navy" or "kusari naval forces" in FL before and ive played on many servers and can surely say that i know about 90% of all FL clans

    I don't see what the problem is... as an avid, agressive member of an Order clan, this is a great gift. If the DK clan doesn't get shouted out of existance I would be more than glad to partake in 24/7 no-negotiations RP with you. A small Order clan against a small Dom'Kavash clan makes for great gameplay for me at least. All of you can say whatever you want, but the this is the first time a feasible opponent for the BD has become apparant. I look forward to meeting your members serverside... we will know soon enough who has the better pilots ;)

    Corsairs, NOMADS, outcast, rogues, xenos are clans in all servers i have been, so I have to disagree with you mate.


    I can write a list of servers that have this clans, but I dont think it is necessary, and it is not right.


    But if you dont like is another question, and each server has their own policy, or their own way of playing.


    you dont like so we delete chars and create another clan, no problem ;)


    We like this mod, and we would try to be part of it. The only question is that we are an extremely pvping players, and we thought that to get that kind of RP could be good for a hard pvping fights.


    Anyway, we would change name of clan, but be ready for 3 or 4 new pilots here ;) .

    Why u boys dont play the role of DK-controlled pilots who got contaminated with a kind of DK organism who is controlling your minds and will?
