Info Request: When the SP campaign is finished......

Apologies in advance if this is explained elsewhere.

I'm new to this forum and the Crossfire Mod.

Firstly, let me say what a fantastic mod for Freelancer!! Really enjoyed playing through the missions...appreciated the sometimes long journeys from gate to gate during late game, gave me the opportunity to get a coffee etc.

So now I'm finished, ( I think..) I tried to go back to the Inner Core systems but don't seem to be able to. Is this meant to be the case or have I made a mistake? (very likely the case)

OK, many thanks, will try reload in the final save....although I did end on Manhattan, where I was promptly told to get a job.....That motivated me to go exploring and revisit the Inner Core Systems which I could not get into..

I was trying to get to it via the Altair system..is it Menton? where the Hyperspace gate is...

However having read one of the posts above I see I can go via Omega 3..i think..going to try it now.
