Account banned

my account has been banned for /i am thinking so/ no reason. One of my characters name: Syrossian. I was just undocking from a station and got kicked out, since then I cannot join. Could you please unban me?

Thank you. I was reading back posts and I would also reinstall the game the way you had written down, maybe that was the problem.
