    There some rumors about Gendry on several webpages. It could be that he will die, but it could also could be that other chars will die.


    It would be funny when Beric Dondarrion will become a zombie and his friend Thoros would try to revive him :-)

    I believe that Gendry is playing a false game.
    Despite her hate on Tyrion Cercei was willing to let him, Davos and Gendry go while she knew that he was in town.
    I could imagine that Cercei knew about Gendrys existence and made proposal to him.


    Gendry didnt waste much time to get close to Jon and its probably just a matter of time until he also will be close to Denaerys. He might be Cerceis solution to win the war by assasinating Jon and Denaerys.
    Everything about Gendry went too fast... he was instantly ready to follow Davos... he was instantly willing to reveil who he is in order to get close to Jon Snow. He knew how to fight, a blacksmith hardly learns how to use the weapons (even if its a hammer).
    Something is wrong with this guy.

    the lastest episode was accidently released by HBO. It was on long enough for the internet to redistribute it. I've shamelessly watched it

    You can clearly see that the show is reaching its end. The events happen faster and faster.
    In the seasons before everything ran a bit slower.
    You even get the impression that for story telling the immersion gets sacrificed.
    Within hours Dendry runs to the wall, a raven is sent accross the entire continent and at the next day Daenerys has received the message and crossed the entire continent from south to north to rescue the others.
    Even in the episodes before it was hard to explain how fast people and entire armies managed to move from one location to another. Just like the continent actually isnt much more than a somewhat bigger island.
    When I look back to the very first episode of the first season when King Robert visited Winterfell it was said that its the first visit in many years because the way from Kings landing to Winterfell is so long and took weeks.
    Its kinda sad that they had to rush with this story telling because of the short 7th and 8th season. It somehow does not fit well to the first seasons.

    Yes, I was also shocked when I saw the end of the last episode.



    And yes, due the short seasons the ways, for example from Winterfell to Dragonstone, are also short :-)

    nope. the Series finale will end with a mexican standoff with Cersei, Sansa, Arya, Jon, Dany, Jaime and Tyrion in the middle of Kings Landing.


    Plot twist: Spanish Conquistadors invade Westeros and Season 9 is about everyone who hated each other fighting to drive out the foreign devils...

    its as easy as "take the eagles, fly to mordor, drop the ring into the vulcano, be back home early in the afternoon"
