This is not technical problem,just question for OP.I want to ask you about Nephele clan base - not exist one.This is because absence of clan leader or has another reason?And one more question:did somebody pay rent for our system?

only clan leaders can construct a clan base
dunno about the rent atm... will have to check

last summer [UR]clanbase just ended in the sun

probably OP or Huor just deleted it

As far as I remember there was a problem with UR-Clan-base in the beginning. They had two bases in Nephele
After a while problem seems to be solved and UR clan had a base near the sun in this system.

If it exist one, it should be inside the sun ,maybe you should delete it and we make a new one.At least [UR]GrandAndreas said that base ended inside the sun.And e-mail OP and Huor about this.

Nephele system.didn't know the name of the base.
