Shaders will not let me launch the game

The only shader option that works for me is standard ENB but when I launch with the sweet FX option I get this error ffffffffc0000417 [E000000D3]

then your graphic card does simply not support that shader

Ive included multiple shaders so people have a choice when there are hardware conflicts

not every graphic card works the same and has the same features.
