I have similar problem.
For example: one char of mine ((Fallen)RDV) had King Tiger yesterday. Now this char have Anatres which I sold few weeks ago.
My GR char have Admin-Battle ship again, which I changed to Admin-Gunboat/VHF last week. -

It seems that server has crashed and didn't want restart. I see him with few ppl in the servers list but cannot join (operation is taking longer as expected).
Edit byIs back, ppl count was reducing, than happened restart -
Got info that server did not appeared in the list after daily restart. Cant confirm this atm (afk).

Last time I launched CF (an hour or so) server was not in the list indeed.
