Game Mod software collection

I was wondering if anyone has a link to a place where all the development tools for freelancer are hidden. I have an old set of tools, however most of them are either partially functioning or not working at all anymore. the only tool I have that still works smoothly is hard cmp. My other tools... well I am not sure what is going on with them. I have googled new tools and found them to be problematic as heck. I want something that others actually use. I look forward to what yall have to say, and thanks a bunch in advance.
