|LC|Silent_One has today issued a KoS on IOC clan.
I don't know |LC| clan rules, so if any |LC| members please can confirm this ?
Until confirmation, we assume that this Kos is active 
Terms are set to 50 mill.(10 mill a day) or 5 days KoS. So far IOC choose not to pay 
(more action ), but trading business has gone worse for us.
I'm pretty sure Thom is not around so you can ask if that's really it by poking either hellfirez666 (Rifty) or damqn_damqnov666 (Forgotten his ingame name) on Skype
