Genesis - A new beginning

Server shut down over Christmas due to circumstances beyond my control, won't be up again sadly. It ran for a number of years and want to thank anyone who attended.

I will still continue to give support on my own forum to anyone playing the Open Single Player version of Genesis

Well after much debate, i've decided to reactivate my Genesis mod and put it up on a new server. I'll be doing a new version of the mod with some updates and fixes, cunningly called the Genesis 1.3 mod. This will run on a new server with an old name, Bananaworld. It should be up around Christmas or thereabouts, i'm not rushing as i've forgotten so much, trying to remember how to do things

Thanks OP, mostly true if the last few days are anything to go by. Spent more time trying to get the server running on W10 than anything, but at least that's done now, after i found a thread on the Disco forum that explained it all. Didn't realise i had to go into regedit to sort the IPv6 issue out, but at least the test server is now up.

This is true, but simply unticking the box doesn't really do anything, hence the regedit hack

Uploaded a new version of my mod called Genesis 1.3 MP which is now available to download and play on our dedicated Bananaworld server. The server is running FLAC with many custom addons including a fully working dynamic economy in real time, player banking, custom join messages, autobuy, auto repair etc.
